infront of the decatur pd car w/o lights running, they are arresting a guy.
heres what happened-
im on the way home from dropping people off after the 1am Superbad (most hilarious movie ever) and while coming down 29, im about 100 yards from a redlight, right before i get to it, it turns green, theres a honda accord stopped in the middle lane, i drive by, about 500 yards out, the honda, still stopped even tho the light is green, finally leaves the intersection, it then speeds up and gets so close i cannot see the headlights behind my bumper. it then gets in the oncoming lane to my left and gets beside me and then gets back behind me. im thinking ok, idiot atlanta driver. once behind me, back to the 2" off my back bumper. then he gets beside me to my right. i decide to turn left, he stops in the road and turns left from the farthest right lane. i figure someone drunk or something. i make another left, he follows doing the same thing inches from the bumper. now im on ponce, 2 lanes in my direction heading towards downtown decatur. i get in the right lane and am about to turn right when the guy gets in the left lane but then stops and turns right following me from the left lane. i then make 3 lefts and hes still behind me as i figured i shouldnt head to the house at that point. guy is still behind my bumper so i make 2 rights and head towards decatur pd station, during this time im calling dpd, explaining to dispatch ive got a crazy behind me, i figure he'll see the pd station and bug out. he pulls over infront of the station for about 4 seconds then speeds up and gets behind me again. i come up to another intersection he gets in the turning lane, light goes green, i proceed forward, but he doesnt turn left he just rides in the oncoming lane besides me and starts swerving towards me, i make 3 more lefts, at that point he is still in the oncoming lane, 2 pd units come up with lights on, he bolts into a parking lot, i pull in dpd arrests him for ....
drunk driving, drugs, stolen car, and various firearms in the car that are stolen as well.
granted i do carry and had 3 extra mags in the car, they didnt tell me what he had so that could have been a sucky evening had dpd not responded. irony is on the way to the movie a song came on and i forget the name, but its the one that goes todays the day i die, weird.

got a call earlier today from decatur pd, aparently because of the warrants / dui arrest last night and etc its going to state court and they may need me to testify

nah, only if he tries to plead not guilty, and with the amount of crap he got caught with he's going to try to make a plea agreement with the DA to get as much of it reduced or thrown out as possible. I'm betting this guy is on probation already and the warrants are for probation violation, in which case he aint getting bail and he aint passing go

look on the bright side...if this happened in Fulton county, they would have walked already.

you're preaching to the choir, dude. you think the adult justice system is fucked, you should see juvenile justice. it is an utter fucking joke. i have been actively lobbying about this for months now with local councilpersons and anyone else that will listen. the 12-point system they use here and incredible push to keep charges on minors private is disgusting.

ok, kherington and mark are out. tell you what, when it gets down to johsua/will/twitch, i have no idea how in the hell they are going to cut any of them. i can't say the same for the girls. i think kherington is out this week, comfort or chelsea next week and the week after, and it's a toss up between katee and courtney.

the girls are nowhere near as absolutely fucking amazing as the guys this year.

and man...i had to save the "top 12" elimination show, because the alvin ailey dance company routine and will's solo routine were the most absolulte fucking amazing routines i have ever seen during all four seasons of the show.

I'm just annoyed that Comfort is back. I can't stand her, she's one dimensional. I wish she would go home (again!) tonight, but it will probably be Kherington and Mark.
