These were garlic boiled peanuts, but the next batch I make will be cajun.

I just used a standard pot on the gas stove, and it took about 5-6 hours to reach the perfect level of softness. If you have a pressure cooker, I highly recommend using that instead... as it takes only 45-60 minutes. I'm actually going to look into getting another one myself, because I love me some boiled peanuts.

The movie was amazingly hilarious, a great reflection on our society's infatuation with fame, and I'm wholly impressed with just how long Phoenix stayed in character and put his career on the line.

Plus there is a lot of quotable shit in the movie. I walked around dressed like JP and talking about sniffing buttholes the entire night.
