Probably an angry teenager participating in some Jewish nationalism. Last year, there was a (debatably) humanitarian/activist ship publicly breaking an Israeli blockade of Gaza. Israeli commandos swarmed the boat and nine Turkish activists were killed. A long investigation ensued, Israel refuses to apologize, so Turkey expelled the Israeli ambassador the other day.
My guess is that this scratchitti is referring to that.
